Christos, who works in the catering industry, referred to the problem of food that is produced but not consumed. And they started thinking about solutions. And they started thinking about solutions.
In January 2021 they founded Bring it Back in Athens, the city with the biggest problem of Food Waste in Europe.
So, they started on their way to save the planet!
